The (Workout) Plan

*For anyone interested, here is the cycling plan that I am currently following:

*In addition to loosely following this plan, I’m also doing strength training 2 to 3 times a week.

*As far as diet, I am following Weight Watchers (which has been wonderful so far). Each couple of weeks, I try to better the health quality of the food as well (e.g. cutting out non-diet sodas, etc).
